We hope this message reaches you well during this busy summer time when the peak season approach. We kindly ask for a few moments of your valuable time to inform you of an important change in our company’s leadership.
We are informing you that our Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Terhi Korte, will be stepping down from her current position by the end of May due to personal reasons.
We are pleased to announce that Ari Jylkkä has been appointed as Deputy CEO of Aimo Kortteen Konepaja Oy, effective May 1, 2025. Jylkkä brings with him extensive experience in the engineering workshop industry and a deep understanding of our field, which will strengthen our company’s position and support its future growth.
Ari Jylkkä has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic vision in his previous roles, and we are confident that under his guidance, our company will continue its successful development. He is committed to maintaining the high quality and innovation of our products, which have been the cornerstones of our company. To ensure a smooth transition, the outgoing CEO will support Deputy CEO Jylkkä in his new role.
We would also like to express our sincere thanks to the outgoing CEO, Terhi Korte, for her significant contributions to the development of the company and its products, as well as for her leadership since 2017.
